FAQs - Yoga Classes
-
All classes are virtual and offered live via Zoom at your convenience when scheduling private 1:1 or group classes. Other offerings are listed under “Appointments.” There are scheduled complimentary experiences too!
Practice off or on screen from the comfort of your home, conference location, vacation destination, or in your car.
-
We recommend every private client, individual or small group, utilize a chair or a yoga mat based on your appointment type. In addition, comfortable clothing, water, and a quiet space completes your need list. Corporate clients and organizations receive tailored guidance.
-
Experience and flexibility are not requirements for our private 1:1 offerings, nurturing complimentary experiences, or rejuvenating group sessions. Our classes are designed to be accessible for beginners and seasoned practitioners.
-
Kripalu Yoga is a practice based on compassion, not competition. With that said, options are always offered to support students with choice of movement or stillness. Listening to your body is a gift you can give to yourself in our virtual experiences.
-
We recommend that you not eat a meal two hours before class. Hydrating will help to fuel your body for your upcoming practice. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to bring water to every class.
