Complimentary Virtual Services

Join from anywhere to experience a virtual yoga space that feels personal, nurturing, and rooted in authentic presence.

Virtual Community Yoga Class — 60 minutes 

Come together virtually to experience one hour of Kripalu yoga that includes centering, pranayama, warm ups, asanas, and relaxation. Individuals, couples, and families are encouraged to bring a mat, water, and any prop you desire every 4th Thursday at 8pm.

Virtual Community Tea Circle — 45 minutes 

Our Tea Circle is a virtual gathering for reflection, grounding, and gentle conversation. You are invited to sip tea or a warm beverage, journal, or simply listen before concluding with a group meditation every 4th Tuesday at 9:15pm.
